Agreement
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of zandstradingco.com and the services offered by Z&S Trading Co. (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using this website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
What we do
Z&S Trading Co. is an independent studio offering website design and development, print design, Google Business Profile setup and management, and AI receptionist services. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing for any project are defined in a separate written quote or agreement provided before work begins.
Quotes and pricing
Prices listed on this website are starting points and estimates. Your final price is confirmed in a written quote based on the scope of your specific project. A quote is valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. We don't begin paid work until scope and price are agreed in writing.
Payment
Payment terms are set out in your individual project agreement. Unless agreed otherwise, projects may require a deposit before work begins, with the balance due on or before delivery. Ongoing services (such as monthly Google Business management) are billed on a recurring basis and may be cancelled with reasonable notice as described in your agreement.
Your responsibilities
To deliver good work, we rely on you to provide accurate information, timely feedback, and any content (text, images, logos, login access) needed for your project. You confirm that any material you give us is yours to use, or that you have permission to use it. Delays in providing materials or feedback may affect timelines.
Revisions and approval
The number of revision rounds included is defined in your project agreement. Once you approve a deliverable, additional changes may be quoted separately. We want you happy with the result — we'll always tell you up front when something falls outside the agreed scope.
Ownership
Once a project is fully paid for, you own the final deliverables we created for you (your website files, your print designs, your logo, etc.). We may keep copies for our records and may showcase the finished work in our portfolio unless you ask us in writing not to. Third-party assets (fonts, stock images, plugins, hosting platforms) remain subject to their own licenses.
Print design files
For print projects, we deliver press-ready digital files. We are a design studio, not a print shop — you are responsible for taking the files to a printer of your choice. We're not responsible for the final printed output, color variation at the press, or printer errors, though we're happy to advise.
Third-party services
Some services rely on third-party platforms (for example, Google, hosting providers, or AI vendors). We don't control those platforms and aren't responsible for their availability, pricing changes, or policy changes. We'll always do our best to work around any disruptions.
Limitation of liability
We deliver our work with care and professionalism. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Z&S Trading Co. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or our services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific service giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
No guarantee of results
We build quality websites and set up your Google presence properly, but we can't guarantee specific business outcomes — such as a particular search ranking, number of reviews, call volume, or revenue. Those depend on many factors outside our control.

Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top reflects the latest version. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Michigan.
