We dig into your business: what calls you get, what you want answered, what should transfer to you, and how you'd like messages handled. Free.

Custom build & training

We build the AI agent, train it on your services and FAQs, and test it thoroughly. Usually 1–3 weeks depending on complexity.

Live testing phase

Before going live publicly, you and your team test the agent with real scenarios. We tune voice, responses, edge cases.

Go-live & monitoring

We route your phone number through the AI (or add the chat widget to your site). First week we monitor closely and tune in real-time.

Common questions.

Why does this need a discovery call?
Because every business is different and we're not going to pretend a one-size-fits-all setup works. A dental office needs different handling than a roofing company. We need to understand your call types, your software, your workflows — then we can build something that actually works.
Will customers know it's an AI?
If you want them to, yes. If you don't, no — modern voice AI is good enough that most callers don't notice. We'll design it however you want.
What if the AI doesn't know how to answer something?
It transfers to you, takes a detailed message, or schedules a callback — based on rules we set together. The AI never makes things up. If it doesn't know, it gets the customer to someone who does.
Does it connect to my booking or CRM software?
That part is still in development. Right now the AI answers calls and chats, handles your FAQs, and takes messages or hands off to you. Live booking and CRM sync are coming soon — tell us what you use on the discovery call and we'll let you know where it stands.
Can I try it before committing?
Yes. After the discovery call, we'll build a sandbox demo so you can call it and see how it handles your real scenarios before paying anything.
Is my customer data safe?
Yes. Call data is encrypted and handled through trusted, enterprise-grade AI providers. If you're in a regulated industry, mention it on the discovery call and we'll walk through what's possible.
