What is a Google Business Profile, and do I really need one?
It's the listing that shows up in Google Maps and the local results when someone searches for businesses near them. For most small businesses, it drives more calls and customers than the website itself. If you're not on Google Maps (or your listing is half-empty), you're invisible to a lot of potential customers.
Will this actually get me more calls?
Yes, in most cases — especially if your profile is currently empty, neglected, or unclaimed. A complete profile typically lifts calls and direction requests within a few weeks. We won't promise specific numbers, but the average lift for a properly optimized profile is significant.
How long until I see results?
Profile verification takes 3–14 days depending on the method Google chooses. Once live, you'll usually see ranking and traffic shifts within 2–4 weeks. Review counts grow as soon as you start using the system.
I already have a Google Business Profile — do I need this?

Do I need a website for this to work?
