Z&S Trading Co. (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is an independent design and web studio based in Utica, Michigan. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through zandstradingco.com, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We've written it in plain language on purpose.
What we collect
We only collect what you choose to give us. When you fill out our contact form, we collect:
- Your name
- Your email address
- Your phone number
- Your business name
- The type of project you're interested in
- Any details you include in the message field
We do not run advertising trackers, we do not sell your data, and we do not use third-party analytics that profile you across the web. If that ever changes, we'll update this policy first.
Why we collect it
We use the information you submit for one reason: to respond to your inquiry, prepare a quote, and communicate with you about the project you asked about. We don't add you to marketing lists you didn't ask for.
Who we share it with
We don't sell, rent, or trade your personal information. The only parties who may handle your data are the service providers that make our business run — for example, our email provider (Google / Gmail), which receives your form submission so we can read and reply to it. These providers are bound by their own privacy and security obligations and only process your information so we can deliver our services.
We may also disclose information if required by law, such as a valid subpoena or court order.
How long we keep it
We keep project inquiries for as long as needed to serve you and for a reasonable period afterward for our records. If you'd like us to delete your information sooner, just ask (see below).
Your choices and rights
You are always in control of your information. At any time, you can ask us to:
- See what personal information we hold about you
- Correct anything that's wrong
- Delete your information from our records
- Stop receiving any communication from us

How we protect your information
Our website is served over a secure (HTTPS) connection, and we limit access to your information to the people who need it to respond to you. No method of transmission over the internet is ever 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you share with us.
Children's privacy
Our services are intended for businesses and adults. We don't knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, contact us and we'll delete it.
Cookies
This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Any cookies present are strictly necessary for the website to function. Because we don't track you, there's nothing for you to opt out of — but if your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we honor it.
Changes to this policy
If we update this policy, we'll change the “last updated” date at the top. Significant changes will be noted clearly on this page.
