How fast do you actually reply?
Within 24 hours, always. Usually much faster during business hours (8 AM – 7 PM ET). If you call (586) 805-7001 and we can't answer, we'll call back same-day.
Do you take on small projects?
Yes. A single flyer for $75. A simple one-page website starting around $1,000. We don't have a minimum project size — if it's a fit and you're a good client, we'll work with you.
What if my budget is small?
Tell us your real budget on the form. We'll be honest with you — either we can do something great within it, or we'll suggest what to prioritize and what to wait on. We won't pretend a $500 budget gets you a $5,000 site.
Do you work with businesses outside Michigan?
Yes. We're based in Utica, MI, but most of our work is remote. We've worked with clients across Michigan, Ohio, and further. Anything that can be delivered digitally (websites, print files, brand assets) we can do from anywhere.
Can you handle ongoing work, not just one-off projects?
Yes. We have a few clients on monthly retainers for ongoing work (Google profile management, website updates, recurring print). Talk to us about what makes sense for your business.
What if I'm not happy with the work?
We do unlimited revisions until you're happy. If after that we're still not landing it (very rare, but it happens), we work out a fair refund. We'd rather you walk away happy than feel stuck with work you don't love.
